How do I change a stored customer’s card details?Select “Customers” from the menu, then find the customer, and on the customer’s page, update her details.
How do I delete a customer?Select “Customers” from the menu, then search for the “Customer” and select “Delete” from the tab. The Customer is deactivated. Customer’s data and transactions are encrypted and stored in Everypay’s servers. The Customer can be reactivated at any time in the future.
How do I create a customer and how useful is this?Create a Customer when you want to have recurring charges (e.g. monthly subscriptions). Create a Customer object and store the card details encrypted in EveryPay’s secure system. Card elements can be changed, but they can’t be fully recovered. For example, for security reasons, you may only see the last 4 digits of the card. When you want to charge this Customer, you click on the relevant tab and the payment will go through. Customer creation can be done either through the control panel by going to Customers > Creating a Customer or by using the API Service.
In which account are the Funds disposed?In the IBAN you have stated in the relevant information field.
Can I have more than one companies in my account?No, for every account created in EveryPay’s system only one single company is linked.
How do I delete a company from my account?Companies that have already set up can’t be deleted for security reasons, but can only be deactivated so that they do not accept payments. This process is reversible and you can activate it again at any time.
What data do I need in order to receive card payments through EveryPay?Register online. Enter an email, a tax registration number, a contact phone number and an IBAN where the Funds will be deposited. Get approved going through a simple KYC process and start accepting card payments.
What does the following error mean: “EveryPay didn’t find the curl extension”?In order to make the library work on your server, you need to have the curl extension enabled.

Where can I do trial transactions?The test environment is at https: https://sandbox-dashboard.everypay.gr, where you can create an account and make trial transactions from your eshop. When you want to go Live, you will only have to replace your Public/Private keys on your application.
What if my APIs are lost or stolen?You can refresh your keys any time from the settings page.

How do I change the details on a client’s card?Select the “Customers” tab from the menu, then, on the search form, search for the customer and update the customer’s information.
Can I save a client’s card on my app and reuse it?With EveryPay you can save the details of a specific customer’s card in order to charge it again (see next question). You don’t have to store the card details in your app or eshop (it requires PCIDSS approval for your server).
How to cancel/refund a payment?Refund a part or the full amount of any payment. Select “Payments” and search for the payment you want to refund. Then, select “Return” at the top right of the screen and enter the refund amount in the form right below in that same window. The refund is cleared in real-time, but, depending on the issuing bank, it can take several days to be reflected in the cardholder’s account.
In which currencies can I receive the Funds from card payment?Although EveryPay’s system accepts payments from cards issued in any currency, we currently support payouts to the merchants in Euros (€) only.
Where can I find my monthly invoices?All invoices are stored and can be retrieved at any time from the Merchant Dashboard.
What is the CVV number?CVV is a 3 digit authentication/security code located on the back of a card.
When are Funds deposited into my Bank account?Payments up to 23:59 are settled the next business day unless otherwise agreed. For example, for payments made on Monday from 00:00 to 23:59, the deposit takes place on Tuesday by closing business day.
Can I accept card payments from non-EU customers?Yes! EveryPay payment gateway processes Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners and Discover cards, regardless of the country of origin of the issuer unless restrictions apply from the card issuer or due to compliance or regulatory restrictions.

What cards can I charge using EveryPay’s PGW?EveryPay’s payment gateway can process Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners and Discover cards.
Do I need to have an account with a particular bank in order to accept payments?No, you may use any bank account in the EU.
What is tokenization?Tokenization technology allows sensitive card data to be safely stored away from the web by replacing them with a token, a unique key number. After the token is created, it is saved by the merchant. Next time your customers visit your e-shop and buy a product/ service, the EveryPay System uses the reference ID of the initial transaction, in order to charge their card. They do not need to reenter their credit card details again.
